        For individual papers to start with, you could pull out all lat longs listed, but obviously better if you can link them to names then we can then carry out analysis on the range (and even feedback to the site?). A little download button next to the map would do it. Format, DMS ok but decimal lat longs would be better. The whole database? why not? would be fun to analyse. KML also good as an option, but csv would open up most things.

        Good suggestion. Do you mean lats and longs for individual papers, the map view, the whole database? Are there other formats (e.g., KML) that might also be of use?
